Casino Dealer Training. Here at Mac Casino we train quality dealers. We get our students to pass their auditions with ease in little as 30-90 days from enrollment date and it depends on how much you come in and practice! A Professional Gaming Institute is fully licensed to instruct casino dealers by the Washington State Gambling Commission, the Washington State Board of Education and the Washington State Workforce Training Board. Millennium Casino Academy (MCA) is a professional casino dealer training school, fully dedicated to the singular task of advancing our students throughout the casino industry. We offer training in: -Poker Games Course (i.e. Texas Holdem, 7 Card Stud, etc. ) -C.A./ Asian Games Course (i.e. Blackjack, Pai-Gow Poker, etc.).
During your training you will learn how to deal Blackjack and other banked card games. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to deal additional games.
Upon successful completion, you will earn a Westmoreland Continuing Education certificate and will be eligible to audition as a dealer at any casino in Pennsylvania.
How Do I Get Started?
You begin by registering for a class. Currently, there are no classes scheduled. To receive information on future classes, complete the form below and information will be sent to you once classes are scheduled.
What Courses Will I Need to Complete?
- Blackjack and other banked card games:
- Class is 100 hours
- You must successfully complete Blackjack to progress to other games
- Carnival Games (Criss Cross Poker, Spanish 21, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Mississippi Stud, Let it Ride):
- Carnival games is 40 hours
- Additional games will be offered. Each casino has minimum game requirements.
When Will Classes Begin?

What is Common Criteria to be a Dealer?
- Be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid license by the PA Gaming Control Board, which includes a background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must have basic math skills to calculate without assistance, manual dexterity, color perception, and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Be trained in a minimum number of games (varies by casino)
- Successfully pass an audition
- Be able to work in an environment with exposure to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights and loud noises

MICHAEL MIZRACHI –
In the 2005 World Series of Poker (WSOP), Mizrachi tied a record by having seven money finishes in the one year. In the 2008 World Series of Poker, he finished third in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha World Championship. In 2010, Mizrachi won his first bracelet in the The Poker Player’s Championship, winning $1,559,046. Coincidentally, his brother Robert Mizrachi finished 5th in the same event. Later that year, Mizrachi also made the November Nine in the Main Event. He would go on to finish 5th, earning $2,332,992, and was eliminated by eventual winner Jonathan Duhamel. Mizrachi’s success in 2010 led to ESPN poker announcer Norman Chad labelling it “The Year of The Grinder”.
